Weaving Through the Standards
I propose to offer in-service trainings which focus on the interconnectedness of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM) measurement standards among other domain standards within each grade level. This process will occur through the implementation of in-service trainings which encourage teachers to begin connecting and bringing coherence to multiple concepts and processes taught within each grade level's CCSSM. Following these trainings, teachers will develop engaging, measurement embedded, performance tasks which require students to use learned content effectively.
