A True Teacher Never Stops Learning  

Teaching in a low poverty school has proved worthwhile, yet challenging experience. Supplies are sometimes limited and many of the students are well below grade level. I am interested in learning how to differentiate my lessons so that all of my students regardless of their learning level can be successful in the 6th grade. Of course attending the national conference would be a great benefit to me and my students inside the classroom, but it will also help me to take my professional presentation skills to the next level. I anticipate that attending the conference will increase my appetite to present at a regional and/or national conference in the near future.
