I want to read this, but I can't get to it.  I download it, and it disappears.  My computer skills aren't what they should be, but when I ask to see an article, why can't you just give it to me instead of making me go through this.  I regret not getting my articles in book form.  I did it to save you money, and I end up not getting what I paid for.

You might try a different browser. It's amazing (and frustrating) that different browsers do different things, but worth trying. Also, if you're using Edge, it does something funny with pdf files, so make sure you download Acrobat so you can open the article.

It's a good article, by the way - well worth your effort!
