Affiliate leaders conference is open to current and potential leaders of all NCTM Affiliates. Affiliates are encouraged to send teams of at least two members to maximize the benefits of the conference.

The following conference information may be helpful for planning purposes.
- Day 1: Evening reception and opening activities begin at 6:30 p.m.
- Day 2: Full-day program, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
- Day 3: Half-day program, with breakfast provided. Conference ends at 12:00 noon.
The agenda is designed to strengthen Affiliates in the areas of Leadership, Communication, and Membership by providing opportunities to:
- Connect with NCTM's leadership
- Discuss leadership strategies and network with leaders from other Affiliates
- Share ideas and success stories to increase your Affiliate's membership
- Develop a strategic plan for growing your organization
- Explore the NCTM strategic priorities as they relate to Affiliates
