For those proposed resolutions that were referred (R) for a response, responses are sent between January and March 2009 to each Affiliate that submitted the proposed resolution. |

Delegate Assembly Activities at the 2009 NCTM Annual Meeting and Exposition

| April 2009 | Affiliates are notified that the 60th. Delegate Assembly Proceedings are posted online. |
- Only Affiliates that are In Good Standing are eligible to participate in any phase of the Delegate Assembly process. For proposed resolutions not submitted by the November 1 deadline, at most, one proposed resolution can be adopted by each caucus and presented to the Delegate Assembly. A resolution brought in this manner must be accompanied by a rationale and supporting evidence.
- Affiliates are encouraged to work with their board and members to develop proposed resolutions and to submit all proposed resolutions on or before the November 1 deadline.
*The Board of Directors approved the recommendation from the 58th Delegate Assembly that the Western Caucus will meet following the opening session of the NCTM Annual Meeting and Exposition in Salt Lake City (2008) and Washington, DC (2009) as a pilot.
