Official On-site Newspaper for the Annual Meeting, April 26, 27, and 28, 2012 

EDITORIAL PROFILE 

The official on-site newspaper for the NCTM Annual Meeting. Each issue offers advertisers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to reach attendees throughout the conference. Three colorful, tabloid-size newspapers are published to coincide with the three days the Exhibit Hall is open—a great way to let attendees know your location and to highlight special production offers. Produced on-site, each Daily News features:

  • essential schedule and speaker changes
  • up-to-the-minute highlights and photos of major meeting events
  • interviews with regular attendees and conference VIPs
  • detailed reminders and directions for upcoming conference events  

CIRCULATION 

  • 10,000 copies per issue are printed. Three colorful, tabloid-size editions published on-site each day the exhibit hall is open—Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

DISTRIBUTION 

  • Hand-delivered and available on newsstands at the Exhibit Hall and other major meeting sites.

PROGRAM DEADLINES 

  • Save 5%  Early Bird Closing—March 11, 2012 
  • Ad space closing – March 23, 2012 
  • Ad materials closing – April 6, 2012

  • Rates include a Web-linked, PDF Version of the print ad on the NCTM Website for four months
  • Guaranteed position is 15% of total gross cost of the ad
  • Cover positions are subject to availability and a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve space
  • Rates are for Annual Meeting exhibitors only. Ads placed for non-exhibiting companies will be assessed a surcharge of $1,800.00

AD SIZES AND SPECIFICATIONS 

  • Printing/Paper: cold web on 50-lb white offset stock.
  • Size/Bleed: tabloid newspaper; bleed not available on full-page ads.
  • Color: art and images must be grayscale (B/W) or CMYK; halftones—115 line screen.
  • Proofs: Each ad must be accompanied by a proof. Provide Matchprint, Chromalin, Iris, or suitable digital proof for color ads; Velox or laser proofs for black/white ads. If a color proof is not provided, one will be created for an additional charge to the advertiser. Publisher is not responsible for poor reproduction if ad and proof are not supplied to specifications. Advertisers will be invoiced the additional cost for correcting files that do not meet specifications.
  • Digital Ads: PDF files created with Adobe Distiller with job settings saved for "Press" preferred.
