To cast your vote, you must use the voting instructions sent to each eligible member via
email from our outside election vendor, Election
Services Corporation. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received an email. Reminder emails with voting instructions will be sent out each Wednesday in October to each eligible member who has not yet voted.
The NCTM 2014 Board of Directors Election is being conducted exclusively online. This means that the Council will not send the ballot or candidate bios by mail.
If your individual membership was current as of August 25, 2014, you will be eligible to vote in this year’s election, which began on September 23 and ends at midnight October 31, 2014. You must make sure your email address is up-to-date. It’s easy and takes just a few moments.

While members without a valid email on record will be mailed information directing them to the online ballot and candidate bios, we encourage all members to take a moment to update their records.
