Tab Divider Pages

An excellent alternative to advertising on a cover page, these tab divider pages mark the five major sections of the Program Book. Reserve either the front and/or back of the tab page and ensure that your ad will be seen over and over again as attendees flip through the program. Tab pages are printed in 4-color on cover stock, making sure that your ad will “pop” and draw attention.

  • Rate: One side of tab page, $3,340. Both sides of tab page for $6,120. These rates include a Web-linked PDF version of the tab page on the NCTM website. Reserving tab pages requires a 50% non-refundable deposit on the cost of the tab.  
  • Color: 4-color, full bleed only
  • Size: Page trim = 8.25" deep by 10.88" wide. Page bleed = 8.5" deep by 11.13" wide.

Tear-Out Coupons

Advertise a special offer or giveaway on one of these coupons located in the back of the Program Book, and drive attendees to your exhibit booth. Coupons are printed on perforated card stock and will promote your offer on both sides. Enjoy heavier booth traffic and gather more qualified leads when you reserve one or more of these inexpensive marketing tools.

  • Color: Black/white on front and back coupon with no bleeds.
  • Size:  Image area = 5.75" wide by 3.25" deep.  Perforated area = 7.25" wide by 3.63" deep.

    Special Instructions for Bleed Ads 

    • Document size should be set to 8.25” by 10.88”
    • Bleed should extend at least 1/8" past trim on all sides
    • Live area should be no closer than 1/4" to trim on all sides

    Special Instructions for B&W Ads 

    • All fonts must be embedded.
    • All artwork and type must be defined as black (no RGB or CMYK builds)

    Preferred Ad Formats 

    • Press-ready, high resolution (300 dpi) PDF or EPS files exported from Acrobat,
    • 4-color ads must be submitted as CMYK; B &W ads in greyscale.


    • Each ad must be accompanied by a proof. Provide Matchprint, Chromalin, Iris, or suitable digital proof for color ads; Velox or laser proofs for black/white ads.
    • Publisher is not responsible for poor reproduction if ad and proof are not supplied to specifications.
    • Advertisers will be invoiced the additional cost for correcting files that do not meet specifications.
