Housing and Travel
Boston • April 15–18
Reserve your room early for NCTM's headquarters hotel–The Westin Boston Waterfront–or the many NCTM official hotels near the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) to secure your preferred room at the best possible rate.
Don’t forget to take advantage of these low rates to include your stay for the NCTM Research Conference, April 13-15. Beware of False and Fraudulent Housing Claims NCTM has designated Wyndham Jade as the only housing provider for the 2015 Annual Meeting & Exposition. There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NCTM and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should you be contacted by someone other than Wyndham Jade or NCTM, please let us know by calling 972-349-7476 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. top
Certain designated hotels will offer complimentary shuttle service from April 15-18 to the BCEC for those attendees who book their hotel rooms through NCTM’s Housing Reservation Center. Some hotels are within walking distance of the convention center; therefore, shuttle buses will not serve these hotels. With the very limited hotel shuttle schedule, be sure to check out the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority website for other means of getting around Boston. top
If you require wheelchair-accessible transportation on the shuttle, contact Kushner & Associates at least 14 days before the meeting at (310) 274-8819, or email email@example.com top
