    • Book with confidence knowing that all hotels have been inspected and approved by NCTM, and our official housing provider, Wyndham Jade, will assist you with any hotel challenges from booking to on-site.

Don’t forget to take advantage of these low rates to include your stay for the NCTM Research Conference, April 11-12.

Beware of False and Fraudulent Housing Claims

NCTM has designated Wyndham Jade as the only housing provider for the 2016 Annual Meeting & Exposition. There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NCTM and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should you be contacted by someone other than Wyndham Jade or NCTM, please let us know by calling 972-349-7476 or emailing us at nctm@wyndhamjade.com.

NCTM Shuttle Service from Hotels to the Convention Center

Certain designated hotels will offer complimentary shuttle service from April 13-16 to Moscone for those attendees who book their hotel rooms through NCTM’s Housing Reservation Center. Transportation & Parking

Plan your travel and transportation carefully to save money while you’re in San Francisco. Below are details about various methods of transportation to the convention center, as well as parking information.

San Francisco is served by two international airports. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the Bay Area's largest airport connecting nonstop with more than 78 cities in the U.S. For more information, visit www.flysfo.com. Oakland International Airport (OAK) offers great access to San Francisco, East Bay, Silicon Valley and Napa/Sonoma. OAK is 25 minutes from San Francisco’s Financial District, 15 minutes from downtown Oakland, and 45 minutes to Silicon Valley, Napa and Sonoma. For more information, visit www.oaklandairport.com.

Ground Transportation from the Airport to the Convention Center by Taxi

A taxi ride costs approximately $50.00 from SFO and about $65 from OAK to the Union Square area.

Ground Transportation from the Airport to the Convention Center by Airport Shuttle

SuperShuttle San Francisco is available 24 hours, seven days a week for door-to-door shuttle (shared ride or private) servicing SFO and OAK. Book your ticket using NCTM’s discount code to receive 10% off.

Public Transportation from the Airport to the Convention Center

BART’s (Bay Area Rapid Transit) direct service from SFO or OAK is the most convenient, inexpensive, and eco-friendly way to your downtown San Francisco hotel. Round trips on BART are about $17 less than shuttles, $41 less than Uber, and $80 less than taxis and keep 10 pounds of emissions from entering the air per trip. BART is the car-free way to travel around and see the Bay Area too. Conveniently located stations are close to many of the Bay Area's most popular destinations. For more information on stations and schedules, visit www.bart.gov.

    Take BART from SFO
If you’re flying into SFO it’s easy to get a round-trip (RT) SFO to San Francisco transfer. Just buy a RT transfer voucher here for only $19.25 (subject to change). Then print the voucher, take it with you and exchange it at SFO for a BART ticket. Buy it before you leave so you don’t have to wait at the station to get a ticket. The voucher includes instructions and directions to get your BART ticket when you arrive at SFO.

    Take BART from OAK
Go to the new BART station across from Terminal 1 and board the train to the Coliseum station. When you arrive, purchase a RT ticket for $20.10 (subject to change).  Exit the fare gate to the main train platform. Proceed down to the right side of the platform and take any San Francisco bound train to the station closest to your hotel. The total trip to San Francisco takes 40 minutes.
