2010 Regional Conferences and Expositions

Baltimore, MD — Oct. 14-15, 2010
New Orleans, LA — Oct. 28-29, 2010
Before submitting your proposal form, please review these "Must Knows" to assist you in the submission process:
- The deadline for submitting a proposal is November 1, 2009.
- You must submit your proposal(s) separately to each regional conference at which you would like to speak. You may submit to more than one conference.
- Be sure to provide your email address as all correspondences will be sent via email.
- The program acceptance letters will be emailed no later than February 1, 2010.
- The lead speaker is responsible for sharing all communications with the cospeaker. Cospeakers are responsible for registering themselves at the applicable rate.
- Speakers and cospeakers are responsible for all conference-related expenses, including the registration fee, travel, lodging, and meals.
- Read all of the prompts on the proposal form carefully. You cannot save your proposal and complete it at a later time, nor can the proposal form be edited after it is submitted.
- We recommend that MAC users do not use the Internet Explorer browser. PC users should be able to use any browser to access the proposal website.
- When navigating between pages do not use the "back" button; use the navigation tabs at the top right of the page.
