Program books will not be mailed. Download a copy ahead of time or pick one up onsite. If you would prefer to have the program book mailed to you two weeks prior to the meeting, mark the check box provided on the registration form. A $15 fee will be charged to those who receive a program book prior to the meeting and request an additional copy onsite at the conference.
