Using NCTM’s Regional Conference & Exposition Online Planner

NCTM’s Online Planner offers a number of search options to help you create a schedule to suit your professional development needs—search by grade band or day, plus see if your favorite speaker is presenting!

You can create an account to save and print your personalized schedule and modify it later, or simply search the Program as a Guest!

Create an Account and SAVE Your Personalized Schedule:

1. Click on the appropriate link below to take you to an Online Planner.

2. If you are a speaker or submitted a proposal to a 2009 Regional Conference, you do not need to create a New Account; just use the User Name and Password you created for your proposal submission; however, you do need separate User Name and Password for each city.

3. To create a New Account, click the “Create a New Account” link on the Main Login page (this link is located at the bottom of the gray login box in the right column).

4. Provide your Name and Email Address, create your User Name and Password, and then search Program. Creating a personalized schedule using our online planner does not reserve or guarantee you a seat at the presentations you select for your schedule.

Search the Program as a Guest:

1. Keep in mind you will NOT be able to save your schedule as a Guest.
2. Click on one of the links below to take you to the appropriate Online Planner to search as a Guest.

How to Search the Program:

Important: Do not use your browser's "Back" button while navigating through the Online Planner or your information will be lost. Use the navigation tabs on the top right of the Online Planner's screen instead.

Search for Speakers:

1. To search for a speaker at a Regional Conference, click on the appropriate city link above. After logging in or entering as a Guest, select “People” from the drop-down menu.
2. Enter the first few letters of a last name, a first name, affiliation, or complete all the fields to find the speaker you are looking for.

Search for Presentations:

1. To find a particular presentation or a type of presentation, click on the appropriate city link above. After logging in or entering as a guest, select “Sessions” from the drop-down menu. 
2. Search by presentation type (session or gallery workshop), grade band, or both to find the type of presentation you are looking for. If you are looking for a particular presentation, search by title.

Search by Conference Day:

1. Click on the appropriate city link above. After logging in or entering as a Guest, click on the “Events Calendar” tab at the top right of the screen to see Wednesday, Thursday or Friday at a glance.
2. Click on the day that you are interested in viewing. After you click on the day you wish to view, a grid showing the schedule of presentations will appear.
3. Click on a title of a presentation within a square if you would like more information about that particular presentation.
