Using the Annual Meeting Planner 

Create a schedule to suit your professional development needs—search by grade band, day, speaker, and more.

 Search the Program as a Guest 

  SAVE Your Personalized Schedule 

1. Access the Planner for the conference 

Keep in mind that you will not be able to save your schedule as a guest.

1. Access the Planner for the conference 
2. Click on the Personal Scheduler link in the top right corner
3. If you are a returning visitor, use the log in and password you created previously

or

To create a new account, enter your email address and password in the grey box, then click Log in.

How to Search the Program 

Search by Keywords 

You may search for particular presentations by typing key words, an author's name, or the title.

1. Enter the planner as a Guest or log in using the Personal Scheduler link.

2. Enter your search word or words into the Search box and click Search.

Search for Speakers 

1. Enter the planner as a Guest or log in using the Personal Scheduler link.

2. Select the Author Index link at the top of the page.

3. Search by the author's last name.

Search for Presentations 

1. Enter the planner as a Guest or log in using the Personal Scheduler link.

2. Search by day, grade level, topic, and attribute.

Note: Adding a presentation to your personal schedule does not reserve you a seat in that presentation. Attendance for all presentations is on a first come, first serve basis.
