Conference Dates: October 16–18, 2013

All Regional Conference presentations will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center and the Hilton Baltimore.

Exhibit Hall

Don't forget to set aside time to visit the Exhibit Hall. The hours allow ample opportunity to explore, try out, and purchase products and services for use in your classroom or to help you meet your career goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet the people who produce these products, get fresh ideas, and see demonstrations of how products work.

Save 25% in the NCTM Bookstore. Check out all of the books NCTM has to offer and purchase the latest resources, from new titles to the bestselling Essential Understanding Series. All conference attendees receive a 25% discount on their purchases. Also stop by the NCTM Member Showcase to pick up activities, lessons, and sample journals to use back in the classroom. Members who renew their membership on-site will receive a t-shirt.

Looking for more in-depth and personal interaction with exhibitors? If you do, plan to attend the Exhibitor Workshops. Held on Thursday and Friday, these workshops showcase exhibitors' products and services, with hands-on demonstrations and detailed information.

Transportation and Parking

Plan your travel and transportation carefully to save money while you're in Baltimore. Below we have outlined various methods of transportation to the convention center, as well as parking information. 

Parking at the Convention Center:
Download a printable map (PDF) of area parking garages in downtown Baltimore. You can also save time and money by reserving a parking space at a nearby parking garage by booking with Parking Panda

Taxi Cabs:
Fares from Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) to the Baltimore Convention Center are approximately $35 one-way.

Airport Shuttle Services:
Several shuttle and limousine companies are available for rides from BWI Airport to the convention center and official conference hotels. For more information, please see the service counters in the airport terminals or visit BWI Airport's Ground Transportation page.

Public Transportation:
Public transportation is available to the Baltimore Convention Center. Visit the convention center’s transportation page for more information.

ADA Information

NCTM is committed to ensuring that our Regional Conference is fully accessible to all persons. For any ADA requirements, please contact NCTM Conference Services at 1906 Association Drive, Reston, VA 20191, fax (703) 295-0956; or email ada@nctm.orgWe must receive ADA requests before September 13, 2013. 

American Sign Language Interpreters 
If you require an interpreter please submit your request before September 13, 2013. After this date, NCTM cannot guarantee requests for interpreters can be fulfilled; however, we will make every effort to accommodate requests. Please note: On-site requests for interpreters cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.

Visual Impairment 
If you are blind or visually impaired and require an aide or personal assistant to help you navigate the Regional Conference , NCTM will register your aide as a complimentary guest (if the aide is not a teacher).

First Aid Station 
A first aid station will be located at the Baltimore Convention Center and will be staffed during conference hours. Medical technicians will be available to assist with minor medical problems. However, if you have a medical emergency, please call 911.

handicapWheelchair and Scooter Rentals 
Due to the large size of the NCTM Regional Conference & Exposition, distances between sessions can be considerable. If you can get along without a wheelchair but feel that you may need one to navigate the distances at the conference, electric scooters can be rented from Scootaround.
