All Regional Conference presentations will be held at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville.

Exhibit Hall

Don't forget to set aside time to visit the Exhibit Hall. The hours allow ample opportunity to explore, try out, and purchase products and services for use in your classroom or to help you meet your career goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet the people who produce these products, get fresh ideas, and see demonstrations of how products work.

Looking for more in-depth and personal interaction with exhibitors? If you do, plan to attend the Exhibitor Workshops. Held on Thursday and Friday, these workshops showcase exhibitors' products and services, with hands-on demonstrations and detailed information.

Transportation and Parking

Parking at the Convention Center 

The Kentucky International Convention Center offers two public parking garages for visitors. Parking rates are as follows:

$2 per hour up to 3 hours
$8 – 3 hours to 8 hours
$10 – 8 hours to 24 hours
(A lost parking ticket will result in a $10 charge.)

Ground Transportation 

Taxicab fares from Louisville International Airport to the convention center are approximately $20 one-way. Several limousine companies, shuttles, and other transportation options are available from Louisville International Airport to the convention center and NCTM hotels. ADA Information

NCTM is committed to ensuring that our Regional Conference is fully accessible to all persons. For any ADA requirements, please contact NCTM Conference Services at 1906 Association Drive, Reston, VA 20191, fax (703) 295-0956; or email ada@nctm.orgWe must receive ADA requests before October 4, 2013. 

American Sign Language Interpreters 
If you require an interpreter please submit your request before October 4, 2013. After this date, NCTM cannot guarantee requests for interpreters can be fulfilled; however, we will make every effort to accommodate requests. Please note: On-site requests for interpreters cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.

Visual Impairment 
If you are blind or visually impaired and require an aide or personal assistant to help you navigate the Regional Conference , NCTM will register your aide as a complimentary guest (if the aide is not a teacher).

First Aid Station 
A first aid station will be located at the Baltimore Convention Center and will be staffed during conference hours. Medical technicians will be available to assist with minor medical problems. However, if you have a medical emergency, please call 911.

handicapWheelchair and Scooter Rentals 
Due to the large size of the NCTM Regional Conference & Exposition, distances between sessions can be considerable. If you can get along without a wheelchair but feel that you may need one to navigate the distances at the conference, electric scooters can be rented from Scootaround.
