NCTM's Regional Conferences and Expositions are a great way to interact with thousands of classroom teachers and decision makers in the mathematics education field. Attendance at past regional conferences has averaged over 3,000 attendees making exhibiting an easy and effective way to get your company's name and products out there and recognized.
Booth Prices
$1440 per 10' by 10' standard booth
$1640 for corner booth

Note: Cross-aisle space and end cap booths are not available.
Exhibit Hours
Exhibit Set-up: Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m
Exhibits Open: Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Exhibit Teardown: Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Space Assignment
Space will be assigned by seniority. The seniority and priority of a company is determined by the number of consecutive years of exhibiting and size of exhibit. Once those booths have been assigned, all other booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Group Housing Deadlines for Dallas and Hartford:
Dallas—Reserve Your Rooms by Friday, August 17.
Hartford—Reserve Your Rooms by Friday, August 31.
Please note the above deadlines to reserve 5 or more sleeping rooms. If you have not yet booked your hotel rooms, select Dallas or Hartford for information on how to book your rooms.
If you have already booked a block of rooms, names must be provided by the deadline date for your city. Until that date, the group requesting the housing block may release up to 15% of the total room night booked without penalty.

Dallas
- Discount Price Deadline—In order to receive advance order discount rates listed on the Freeman price sheet, Freeman must receive your order and payment by September 19, 2012.
- Work Authorization and Insurance Certificates—If you will be using someone other than Freeman to set up or dismantle your booth, you will need to fill out the EAC form along with the Certificate of Insurance and return it to NCTM by September 10, 2012. The EAC form can be found on the Freeman service kit website site under the Labor Services section in the Forms and Brochures tab.
- Exhibit Hall Carpet—The exhibit area is not carpeted; however the aisles will be carpeted in tuxedo (black and gray tweed). NCTM requires all booths to have floor covering. If floor is not covered 1 hour prior to hall opening, NCTM will have Freeman install carpet at exhibitor’s expense.
Hartford
