The call for proposals for the 2010 NCTM Annual Meeting and Exposition is now closed.
In February 2010, the call for proposals for the 2011 NCTM Annual Meeting and Exposition, to be held April 13-16, 2011 in Indianapolis, Indiana, will open.
Reminder information for those who submitted a proposal for the 2010 NCTM Annual Meeting and Exposition:
- The deadline for submitting a proposal was May 1, 2009.
- The program acceptance letters will be mailed in September 2009.
- The lead speaker is responsible for sharing all communications with the co-speaker, and there is not a reduced co-speaker fee.
- Speakers and co-speakers are responsible for all conference-related expenses, including the registration fee, travel, lodging, and meals.
The Lead Speaker registration fee will be approximately $180, due by September 2009.
The Co-speaker registration fee will be approximately $250, due by early 2010.
