| Q: | Do you accept companies new to NCTM? Yes, we do. However, any company that has not previously exhibited with NCTM must submit a brochure or a catalog showing what it will be exhibiting. Contracts will not be accepted without this information. |

| Q: | Does NCTM allow exhibitors to sell products on the show floor? Yes, we do. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain any license or permit required and to collect and file sales tax. Please see Section 14 of the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions on the booth application. |

| Q: | Does the exhibitor badge allow me to attend sessions or other conference activities? Yes, it does. However, if a fee is involved, you are responsible for the cost and must register for that activity. |

| Q: | How can my company compile a list of contacts that was made at the conference? We offer a lead retrieval system for exhibitors. The following information will be provided: attendee name, complete address, and the grade level that the attendee teaches. Information and order forms will be included in the online service information from Freeman Decorating. |

| Q: | How is booth space assigned for the regional conferences? Booth space is assigned based on the priority points system. After the ranked companies have been assigned their booth space, the remaining booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort is made to accommodate your booth choices. |

| Q: | How many opportunities to exhibit at a regional conference does NCTM provide? NCTM holds three regional conferences and expositions each school year. The conferences for 2008 will be held as follows:

| Q: | What are the exhibit hall hours? Tentative hours can be found at Exhibit with Us. Please consult your decorator service information for the final schedule. The setup of displays must be completed 30 minutes prior to the opening of the exhibit hall. Exhibitors must adhere to the official display hours. Your booth must be staffed at all times during these hours. Failure to comply with the schedule will result in a $300 fine. |

| Q: | What are the guidelines for sounds from booth displays? You may show or operate products, services, and apparati that emit sounds up to 85 decibels. However, you may not use such devices if they are noisy or objectionable to surrounding exhibitors or Exposition Management. |

| Q: | What construction and electrical guidelines must exhibitors follow? No special signs, booth structures, lighting fixtures, or apparatus are permitted in excess of 8´ in height except in island spaces that are 20´× 20´ or greater—and then only on approval of NCTM. All decorations must be flameproof, and exhibitors must comply with all city fire regulations. All electrical work must be ordered through the decorator or the facility to ensure that wiring conforms to the regulations of the National Electric Code. |

| Q: | What does it cost to exhibit at an NCTM regional conference and exposition? For each regional conference, a 10' x 10' booth costs $1,270.

| Q: | What if my company requires more than the four complimentary registrations allotted? Additional registrations are available for $75 per person. |

| Q: | What is a premium booth? Premium booths are those in the prime location at the front of the exhibit hall. These booths, available for an additional fee, are indicated on the exhibit hall diagram. |

| Q: | What is included in the booth cost? Booth rental includes a 10’ x 10’ booth with an 8’ backdrape, 3’ side rails, a 7” x 44” identification sign, and aisle carpet; security when the show is closed; complimentary listing on the NCTM Web site and in the Program Update, which is distributed on-site; access to the exhibitor lounge with complimentary beverages during select hours; the opportunity to present an exhibitor workshop; and four complimentary exhibitor passes. |

| Q: | What is not included in the booth cost? The exhibitor is responsible for furnishings, carpet, electricity, A/V equipment, drayage costs, overnight individual booth security, and any service or item not included in the rental cost. Arrangements for most of these services can be made through the official conference decorator service company, Freeman. Order services in advance for the best rates and to expedite your on-site setup. |

| Q: | What is the anticipated attendance at the regional conferences and expositions? We anticipate an attendance of 3000 at the Richmond and Kansas City conferences and 4000 at the Houston conference. |
