Automatic Renewal

If you sign up for the automatic renewal program, NCTM will automatically renew your membership each year using the credit card information provided in your most current membership transaction. NCTM will do the following:

  • Charge your card annually during the second week of the month that your membership is due to expire.
  • Contact you if your credit card has expired or if we encounter any difficulties while trying to process your renewal.
  • Send you an electronic receipt via email once your card is charged.

You are welcome to opt out of the automatic renewal program at any time by joining online, contacting NCTM at nctm@nctm.org or calling our Customer Service Department at 800.235.7566. Please note that the automatic renewal program may not be combined with the multi-year membership discount.
