Renew Online
If you are an individual member, you may renew your membership online. PreK-8 Members and Institutional Members may not renew online, but may use one of the other methods provided below.

If you have forgotten your password, you may retrieve via the link in the box to the right. If your e-mail has changed, or you have a question, please contact Customer Service at (800) 235-7566, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or membermail@nctm.org.
Renew By Phone
- Call Customer Service at (800) 235-7566, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Renew By Mail
- Select the appropriate individual membership form from the Printable Application Forms list or contact Customer Service if you would like a copy of a personalized invoice.
- Print and fill out the appropriate form, including your member number and a valid individual e-mail address.
- Mail the form, along with payment, to:

Once you have successfully purchased membership, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. An updated membership card will be mailed to your preferred mailing address in four to six weeks.
