Our Best-Ever Rewards

Your spreading the word about NCTM increases our ability to serve you and advocate for mathematics teachers and students everywhere—and we want to thank you with some of our best rewards ever.

The Grand Prize Drawing* for a Free Trip to the Indianapolis Annual Meeting

Your very first referral (and every one after that) puts your name in the running for the grand prize drawing for a free trip—registration, hotel, and airfare—for one to the NCTM Annual Meeting and Exposition, April 2011, in Indianapolis, plus a $250 VISA gift card. Estimated retail value: $1,500. But please don’t stop at just one referral, because we’ve got other prizes to give out—

NCTM Gift Certificates and Other Rewards

New this year—with every two qualifying referrals, you’ll receive a $5 NCTM gift certificate, good toward conference registration, membership renewal, or the purchase of NCTM educational materials and products for you or your school. And there’s NO LIMIT to the number of gift certificates you can earn. But that’s definitely not all. Beyond the $5 gift certificates, which keep accruing no matter what, you add up other big rewards as you go:

MEMBERS RECRUITED...             YOUR GIFT*...
For every 2 new members  $5 NCTM gift certificate
10 new members Add your next year of NCTM membership FREE!
15 new members Add $200 worth of FREE NCTM publications of your choice
20 new members Add FREE registration at one of the 2010 NCTM regional conferences plus a $200 VISA gift card

So, that means if you recruit 20 new members, you will receive $50 in NCTM gift certificates, plus your next year’s NCTM membership free, plus a set of books, plus free attendance at an NCTM regional conference and a $200 VISA gift card.

* Certain rules and restrictions apply.

The Rewards for All

No matter which prizes you receive, the few moments it takes to participate are a winning investment. By simply spreading the word about NCTM’s valuable membership benefits, you can do the following:

Generate professional rewards for others

Foster stronger mathematics teaching and learning across North America as more people improve their understanding of, and efforts in, high-quality mathematics education

Support educators and students everywhere by boosting NCTM’s ability to provide top-notch resources and services as well as to be an influential national voice for math education
