NCTM Executive Director to Retire

Jim smallNCTM Executive Director Jim Rubillo has announced that he will retire on July 31, 2009. Rubillo, who has been executive director since 2001, was joined by NCTM President Hank Kepner in making the announcement to the Board of Directors and staff at a reception on July 25.
