The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives (NLVM) is a freely accessible national library of interactive web-based tools for teaching and learning mathematics. Although the primary emphasis of the NLVM is K–8 mathematics, many tools are effective throughout secondary and early college mathematics. Projects is a regular department of Mathematics Teacher devoted to sharing developing programs focused on improving education in a specific way.
