Donald Fairbairn

August 2008, Volume 102, Issue 1, Page 62

Abstract:

An activity about paper folding focused on teaching invariants and limits through a process of pattern discovery. Activities are hands-on, open-ended activities that encourage problem solving, reasoning, communication, and mathematical connections.
