The call for proposals for the 2009 NCTM Annual Meeting and Exposition is now closed.
Reminder information for those who submitted a proposal for the 2009 NCTM Annual Meeting and Exposition:
- The deadline for submitting a proposal was May 1, 2008.
- The program acceptance letters will be mailed in September 2008.
- The lead speaker is responsible for sharing all communications with the co-speaker, and there is not a reduced co-speaker fee.
- Speakers and co-speakers are responsible for all conference-related expenses, including the registration fee, travel, lodging, and meals.
The Lead Speaker registration fee will be approximately $160, due by September 2008.
The Co-speaker registration fee will be approximately $220, due by early 2009. - Proposal Information and FAQs (PDF), an overview of the process and guidelines you will be asked to adhere to if you are accepted.
