Event Cancellation

Question: When should I expect to be refunded my registration cost? 
Answer: NCTM is currently working on options for you to receive refunds or transfer your registration to other NCTM events. We will be providing additional information in the coming days. 

Question: Do I need to cancel my hotel reservation? 

Answer: If you did not book your hotel through the NCTM housing portal, we recommend that you reach out directly to the hotel to cancel your reservation. If you booked through the NCTM housing portal, we will have more information for you in the coming days. 

 

Question: Will NCTM be providing a refund for my airline ticket? 
Answer: Unfortunately, NCTM will not be issuing any refunds for flights. Flight cancellation options will depend on the arrangements you made with the airline when you booked your ticket. We recommend trying to work directly with the airline to get a refund or a credit/travel voucher for future use.  

 

Question: I was supposed to present at the annual meeting, what are my options to give my presentation in the future? 
Answer: NCTM is working with our Conference Advisory Group and program committees on the best way to move forward with your presentation and all programmatic items that were supposed to take place in Atlanta. We’ll send additional information in the coming weeks.  

 

Question: Will NCTM still be hosting an in-person event in Indianapolis and New Orleans? 
Answer: At this time, we plan on still holding our in-person regional events. We will continue to closely monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).  We hope to return safely to in-person events in 2022
