    • Complimentary shuttle service to/from the official hotels that are not within walking distance of the convention center from April 25-28.
    • Stay where the action is at our headquarters hotel–Marriott Marquis Washington DC–or the many NCTM hotels near the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
    • Book with confidence knowing that all hotels have been inspected and approved by NCTM, and our official housing provider, Wyndham Jade, will assist you with any hotel challenges from booking to on-site.

Don't forget to take advantage of these low rates to include your stay for the NCTM Research Conference, April 23-25.

Beware of False and Fraudulent Housing Claims

NCTM has designated MCI USA (formerly Wyndham Jade) as the only housing provider for the NCTM 2018 Annual Meeting & Exposition. There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NCTM and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should you be contacted by someone other than MCI USA (formerly Wyndham Jade) or NCTM, please let us know by calling 972-349-7476 or emailing us at nctm@wyndhamjade.com.
