After working as an educator at the Museum of Flight and teaching science workshops for the Girl Scouts, Bree went back to school to obtain her credential at Seattle Pacific University. She taught math in the Pacific Northwest for one year before moving to the East Bay, and then ultimately to San Francisco. Bree began teaching at The Bay School in 2010. Outside of the classroom, Bree enjoys a variety of activities, from her weekly writer’s workshop, to rock climbing, camping, and road-tripping around the country. To date, Bree has visited 31 of the 59 National Parks in the United States and looks forward to traveling to the remainder as soon as she can.
