Arkansas Council of Teachers of Mathematics: Arkansas Curriculum
Conference. Recent updates in Arkansas's content standards are changing the
landscape of education in Arkansas. Making this content relevant and accessible to ALL students requires content specific professional development
for teachers, the agents of this change. This conference is designed to explore these new and future standards to provide
educators the tools and understanding for classroom application. ADE-approved
PD sessions, selected short courses and workshops in the areas of Language
Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies provide ample learning opportunities for
educators of all subjects and grade levels. Conference Partners: ACSS, ACTELA,
ACTM, ASTA, Arkansas Department of Education, Arkansas State Teachers
Association, and the STEM Centers for Math and Science Education. The conference will be held at the Statehouse Convention
Center.
