As math educators we have accepted the proposed ideological shifts about effective practice, but the blueprint for day-to-day instruction still feels imprecise. This session will highlight instructional practices guided by Indigenous principles to design engaging tasks, instigate student discourse, and create intra- and interdisciplinary connections.
