Cathy Martin currently serves as the Associate Chief of Academics for Denver Public Schools and supports the development of culturally sustaining curriculum and resources across content areas and the work of assessment and evaluation. Prior to this, she served as the K–12 director of mathematics in Denver for 12 years. Her current work is focused on supporting leaders and teachers in returning to a remote learning environment that is designed from the start to ensure that each and every student is engaged and supported in rigorous learning.
