Nursing Rooms

Nursing Rooms are available in the Baltimore Convention Center in the Charles Street North and Howard Street Lobby. For more information, please see an associate at the Information Booth.

Information Booth

The Information Booth is in the Charles Street Lobby at the Baltimore Convention Center.  Please see an associate for details regarding parking, lost and found, dining recommendations and much more.

Thursday, December 1  7:00 AM-5:00 PM 
Friday, December 2  7:00 AM-2:00 PM 

Lost and Found

Lost and Found items will be turned in each day to the associate at the Information Booth located at the Charles Street Lobby. Each evening, items will be turned into the convention center security. 

First Aid

First Aid will be staffed throughout the entire conference. EMTs will also be available via radio. The First Aid Room will be located in the Charles Street North office.

Mobile App

The NCTM Central app keeps you connected with every aspect of the Regional Meeting. The free app allows you to search sessions, speakers, and exhibits; view the Exhibit Hall floor plan; highlight your favorite presentations; rate presentations; and interact with your colleagues! Weather / Coat Racks

The average forecasted weather in Baltimore in late November is around 48 degrees, with chances of rain or snow at any time. Business Casual attire is suggested for the event, keeping in mind the Baltimore Convention Center meeting room temperatures will fluctuate depending on size of room and attendance. Coat Racks will be made available throughout the convention space. Bag and coat check will not be available at the event.
