Registration is available by mail, fax, or email. NCTM accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. All payments must be submitted in U.S. dollars and drawn on U.S. bank accounts, money orders, or credit cards. Credit card payments will be subject to the appropriate exchange rate. NCTM accepts approved purchase orders—please submit a scanned/electronic copy with your online or emailed registration, or mail/fax a copy with your registration form.

This is not your typical Zoom meeting. NCTM will offer a unique experience that will be easy to navigate from the comfort of your home. Attendees will have access to on-demand and live presentations and will be able to participate in live Q&A sessions with featured speakers. You will have opportunities to interact with attendees in specialty networking groups as well as chat with exhibitors in a one-on-one capacity.
The program committee has developed a dynamic and immersive virtual experience, with over 600 presentations (280 live and 300+ on-demand) designed to engage, inspire, and expand your professional development.
The Official Virtual Meeting dates are April 21–May1, 2021.
NCTM will be bringing new content to the platform Wednesday, April 21, through Saturday, April 24. Take a few days to recharge or to implement something new you learned back in your classroom, and then join again Wednesday, April 28, through May 1, when more great content will be released.
All on-demand presentations will be available at your leisure. Live presentations will be broadcasted and available to view on the day and time they are posted. Live presentations will be recorded and available the following week. All content will remain on the NCTM 2021 Virtual Conference portal for 60 days. This allows you to take your time to view any content you were unable to view April 21–May 1, 2021.

NCTM will provide closed captioning for all OnDemand recordings. Closed captioning recordings of Live presentations will be available the week following the conference.

All registered attendees will receive a conference link on April 16 from the event platform provider. The link will provide access to the conference content, where you will be able to set up your profile and become comfortable with the platform before the kickoff on April 21.
Just like an in-person conference, registrations cannot be shared. The registration provides a secure link for each user.
Yes. The NCTM 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting Bookstore will feature NCTM’s popular books and products.
Yes! Attendees will still be able to access information on Classroom Resources, the Mathematics Education Trust, Professional Development, and Member Services. NCTM Central will be in the Exhibit Hall.
The live hours will be 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (ET) on the following days: Wednesday, April 21, 2021 Thursday, April 22, 2021 Friday, April 23, 2021 Wednesday, April 28, 2021 Thursday, April 29, 2021 Friday, April 30th, 2021 During those times, exhibitors will be available to connect live with attendees. Make sure to connect with each exhibitor to hear the latest updates on their products and services. Outside the live hours, attendees will still be able to view exhibitor content, videos, and information.
Select speakers will be available after their presentations in the Roundtable Discussion space. Check out the Roundtable Discussion board to see which speakers are available. Each discussion space will open up a video chat for a maximum of 16 people. The speaker and attendees will be able to continue their discussion in an intimate setting.
Session materials (if provided by the speaker) will be available. Attendees will be able to download or view available handouts prior to viewing a presentation.
Attendees will have multiple networking opportunities: (1) Roundtable Discussions, (2) Attendee Connections, (3) Community Q&A, (4) Attendee-to-Attendee Direct Messaging, and (5) Attendee-to-Attendee Direct Video Messaging.
Wellness videos, yoga, and stretches will be geared toward attendees’ self-refresh during their participation in the Virtual Annual Meeting. Also available will be yoga on-demand videos and tips for educators to take back to their classrooms and distance learning spaces.
