    Enhancing Math Instruction with Technology   
     
    The variations in the way in which students learn have been evident in my classroom each and every day over the past 20 years. Finding ways to engage every learner in the math lesson is one of the greatest challenges I have faced as an educator. The topic of the iPad at conferences and its possibilities to support student learning had "peeked" my interest to the point of where I may have found what I have been looking for to engage students.
     
    Notability and Reflector, two apps working hand in hand, will allow students to share their knowledge and understanding more effectively with one another, which, in turn, will help them to become more invested in their learning. I, as the teacher, will become more of a support to learning rather than the provider of information.
     
    Teacher creativity plus iPads equals academic achievement for all students.
