NCTM Research Conference

2024 NCTM Research Conference,
September 25-27, Chicago, IL

The NCTM Research Conference will run concurrently with the NCTM Annual Meeting, starting Wednesday morning and running through Friday, to support Linking Research and Practice and increase collaboration between researchers and school and district teachers and leaders.

The Research Conference will include sessions specific to the research community, just as previous events have. The Research Committee is also requesting sessions that target linking research and practice and are designed to engage both the researchers and practitioners.

Session Types & Tracks

The 2024 Research Conference Tracks and Session Types have changed. The 2024 Research Conference has two tracks - Research (traditional research conference session for researchers) and Linking Research and Practice (content and engagement of interest to researchers and practitioners). Sessions types are the same for both tracks and include Research Reports, Symposiums, Interactive Workshops, Interactive Burst Workshops, Round Table Discussions, and Posters.
