Join us at the NCTM Annual Meeting & Exposition in St. Louis as MET celebrates and recognizes the achievements and contributions of colleagues, mentors, and friends. There is much to celebrate - the NCTM Lifetime Achievement awardees, grant recipients and MET donors whose generosity and gifts to MET continue to provide professional growth and leadership development opportunities.
The NCTM Lifetime Achievement Awards honor NCTM members who have exhibited a lifetime of achievement in mathematics education at the national level. The Lifetime Achievement Award may be given posthumously. The Lifetime Achievement Award is presented annually at the NCTM Annual Meeting and Exposition.

MET was established in 1976 to channel the generosity of contributors through the creation and funding of grants, awards, honors, and other projects that support the improvement of mathematics teaching and learning.

NCTM's Mathematics Education Trust depends on the philanthropy and dedication of donors for its grants, scholarships, and awards which support prospective and in-service math teachers (Pre-K–grade 12), and teacher educators. Without contributions, we would not be able to award funds.
