Each game is 3 minutes long, and the shot clock starts off with 10 seconds.

each successful hit, your level will increase by one. Similarly, each
miss will decrease your level by 1. There is no penalty for a pass.
Your current level is indicated in by the level bar; the highest level is 20.
time you move up a level you will have less and less time on the shot
clock. Level 1 is 10 seconds. Level 10 is 5 seconds. And Level 20 allows
you 1/20 the standard shot time of 10 seconds (yep, half a second!).
