Substitutions/Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing on or before November 25, 2024. No refunds will be issued, for any reason, after the cancellation date.

NCTM will issue a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee for members, nonmembers, and each person affiliated with a group.

Substitutions will be accepted through November 25, 2024. Substitutes must submit a letter explaining who they are substituting. Nonmembers substituting for members will be charged the current nonmember registration rate.
